Aspiring thespians will have a chance to explore the world of theatre in a fun, creative way during the Goliad Theatre Arts Summer Camp .
Camp begins May 31 and runs through June 3. Camp is from 9 a.m. until 11:30 a.m.
This year’s summer camp will focus on bringing your favorite characters to life.
Performing arts activities will include pantomime, improvisation, theatre games, poetry readings, puppetry and movement.
Students will perform a short scene, poetry interpretation or monologue at the end of camp. A video will be recorded and be available online to the parent.
Actors will need to work on line-memorization at home.
Price is $25 for your first child, $15 for the second and $10 for a third child. Camp is open to students entering third grade and above.
